LEFA super easy to use
I visited Windhoek for a few days and LEFA was super helpful during my time there. The app was easy to set up, drivers were readily available, and fares were very affordable. Definitely recommend using this service to navigate your way around Namibia!

My friends and I visited from out of town and used LEFA to get around Namibia. Are you trying to get to a meeting or a dinner on time? LEFA is safe, clean and reliable and their drivers are the best in the business. In addition, their fees are fair and affordable.

Efficient Taxi Service for Windhoek
Quick setup, accurate mapping, fast driver response (even on Sunday!), and reasonable pricing. Would like mobile pay option instead of just cash, but that’s a minor hassle to get solid taxi transportation service in a city that is often too hot & hilly to walk
Need option for mobile pay!
The app is great in its functionality, but I had two major issues when using it. I had to pay my driver with cash and he did not have correct change, which made things frustrating. There needs to be an option to pay with credit card or PayToday. Also, our driver showed up and did not have working seat belts in the car for my children. This should be a standard for all drivers with LEFA!

Verification
I tried signing up with my TN number and no SMS is ever sent to me. Tried the call back feature too, nothing. Then I signed up with my Gmail, had to still verify my TN number. Still had the same issue. Please check your SMS API, it seems you can’t send codes to TN numbers, which is a bummer.
