Unreliable and not well thought out
I set up auto pay as soon as I got the card and there was one incorrect number in my routing info and instead of flagging it, whenever it made my payments, it kept telling me it was being paid but I separately got a non payment message and it didnโt give me details. The app seemed weird so I attributed it to that. I just kept thinking it was getting paid because it showed paid in my app but I should have checked my bank withdrawals and I didnโt. It took me over a month to figure out that I miss typed one digit and they blocked my ability to make auto payments for six months which then led me to miss payments completely (I ALWAYS PAY ON TIME! after setting up auto pay) And I incurred missed payments on my credit report very terrible app and feedback/automated system.
