Legacy not only took their members feedback into consideration, they rolled out a brand new; MUCH improved app. Well done. We love Legacy!
Awful, app constantly crashes
This new app is awful. It doesn’t open all the way half of the time (not exaggerating) so you have to quit and try again. If you do get in, you click on an account option and it doesn’t open it. This happens about 60% if the time. It’s so annoying and a complete waste of time. Invest the money and make it work correctly or get out of the mobile banking business.

Much Improved
The new app is so much better than the last one. Lots of improvements with functionality and interfaces into other financial service apps. Keep up the good work.
Great mobile banking app
The legacy app is very easy to use and the layout is very user friendly and makes things easy to find. I love the chat feature and used it to connect to a credit union representative who was kind and incredibly helpful.
Worst app
Please fix this app. Viewing your account is terrible. The drop down doesn’t work most of the time.

App and website are dog doo. App will not allow me to log in. Website requires a password reset EVERY TIME I attempt to log in.
Experience on the new app
So today we finally had our first crash out in the app are very much new app from our old app. The old app was very slow outdated. The new app had a complete outage today in the 2 o’clock hour. Callusing chaos in the call center. Hopefully this won’t be the old app just dressed up in new colors

After what was a horrible experience with the old app, this app has been a been a breath of fresh air.

I am deducting a star for 2 reasons. 1) the Chat Bot is constantly in the way. It isn’t necessary to introduce itself and take up half the screen. 2) the Promotions again take up half of the screen. Would love for those to go away.

Your balance gets a measly display, but “offers” hog the screen
Also biometric id does not work off the main login screen you have to dig into another area to fix. And after enabling you have to try to log into the app twice.

New app
Legacy’s new mobile app is much approved. Love how easy it is to view your accounts and transfer money. Highly recommend.
