Not easily accessible
Besides the tournaments not being accurate as far as when, where, what it means, being cancelled, and being hard to navigate.
The entire app keeps spinning especially at The New Belmont, whose internet system seems to be on AOL you’ve got mail time.
I started using other apps and honestly the rewards are much higher.
Some features not as good as NYRA BETS to be fair but the NYRA BETS TEAM which is GREAT deserves BETTER!

Legacy
New site is awesome!!
Winning
I enjoy the app .It’s easy to navigate and add money and withdraw! I won twice today . Winning more than I deposited!
Nyra best
Loving my Nyra Bets. I can bet and enjoy in any weather. I love the commentary from all the handicappers Greg, Andy, Rich, Meg, Acacia, Maggie, Paul, Tom.
Promo
Careful offer promos in emails that they don’t pay out in. Also don’t mention if you don’t deposit with your bank can’t withdraw money . Shady steer clear, many better options.
Great betting app
Easy to use, excellent contests, access to all the racing!
No frequent flier miles or freebies
You would think after 10 + years at the site i would have generated enough revenue for them to give me some type of freebie , t shirt or buy back gift - you would think that after 10’s of $1000s I would get something, anything free …. But I’ve received nothing … no wonder Fan Duel is so popular
Winner!

Thank You NJ
Thrilled that NYRA Bets is finally in NJ
Worst app
I’ve never had to enter the same email and password more times IN MY LIFE and it constantly told me it was wrong. Unbelievable errors on this app and my friend had the same experience. Lost money bc I won a race but couldn’t log in to claim it. Absolute scam.
App doesn't work
The app doesn't work in my state even though it's a state where NYRA Bets operates. I communicated with troubleshooting and they told me just to use the website. No effect to fix the actual issue.
Worst app ever
Awful app to bet money on. Almost impossible to pull your money out… but they make it super easy to take your money with Apple Pay. I even made a second deposit through my bank so I could hopefully withdraw that way, and still no luck. They keep saying I need to make a deposit first which I already have! And zero customer help from their “customer service” literally just have money sitting in this app that I can’t get out.

Best betting app
The absolute best!
Easy and Fast
Awesome way to win/lose money fast. Great service assistance at any NYRA track.
Winning daily
Always paying
Easy
Never miss a race!
Makes it so difficult to withdraw
What a surprise I can deposit in less than 5 seconds and then in order to withdraw I have to mail something in, or call to register a bank account and make yet another deposit just to qualify to withdraw.
Good app
Love it
Great App
Easy to use, Highly recommend
Best day of the summer
Can’t wait
