Don’t bother
They don’t reply to the tickets for years, so don’t bother. You can cheat, harass, threaten, cuss, whatever. Nothing will get you banned besides getting your money back. They allow cheaters to push other players to pay more to get higher ranks. Read their terms and conditions and you’ll know what you’re getting into. Bugs and lags that have been there for years, servers crash for days and they don’t care. Zero contact with players, just milking your cash as much as possible. Doesn’t matter how good your evidence is, they won’t ban a cheater, harasser, promoter of illegal stuff, nothing. They do not care for anything. They literally don’t reply to anything. Whatever happens, you’re left to deal on your own. Don’t expect to get far without paying loads of money ( or cheating, but apparently that’s just for the chosen ones ). It’s bad in there, it’s super toxic, servers are empty, you can’t play many in game modes, cause there’s not enough players even in cross servers. It’s not worth time and money. It’s all just a scam and a total disrespect to customers. Avoid at all cost. They allow PDFs on the platform. Mind you, the app is 16+, so they’re very much so aware of the situation. Reported with screenshots of explicit and detailed CSA descriptions written by those nasty players in the chat, nothing. The company said to report it to local authorities, but “ it won’t change our internal investigation’s outcome “. We are talking detailed descriptions of sexual acts, gRape, abuse, threats of unaliving after, telling minors that they should be married with kids and husbands at 14 years old, saying things like “ you’ll swallow like you’re swallowing now you underage fool “, there are literal groups of 30+ yo players ganging up on teenagers just to bully them and cuss them out, bully them off the server, telling them to take their lives. The chats in this game allow literally anything regardless of what their T&C is. There was a dude sending out information how to find him on ig and he was promising sending S tapes of him “ f’ing his 16 yo gf “. Reported with screenshots, half a year later the guy is still playing, no problem. Honestly, considering how loud it is about other gaming apps and them allowing such behaviours in their chats too, I hope it’ll get loud about this game too. It’s important for people to know. It is not a safe app, the chats are disgusting and allow everything and the company does nothing about it even with evidence they demand all the time.

I used to really enjoy playing this game and i’ve decided to come back to it, but after creating a new character i’ve found so many glitches and missing textures, and even today i’ve found my two day old character just deleted, erased from my account as if it had never been there, kind of sad to see this

Llevo jugándolo 9 años y es divertido, lo malo es que aveces toca gente que gasta demasiado dinero en el servidor pero los primeros 3 meses de servidor son divertidos mucha competencia
Fallos en inicio de sesiones
Borre el juego durante 3 años, y ahora que me apetecio volver a jugar resulta que me pide inicio de sesion, cuando consigo acceder, salgo un rato del juego y vuelvo a entrar, y me saca del juego y ya no puedo acceder, arreglen eso que no es normal que ni para contactar con el soporte puedo

This game is completely money-based. Even the incoming events have to be purchased with money. At least let us buy pet souls or pet pills with the diamonds we manage to save up a bit. It’s too pay-to-win.

Играла лет 7 в эту игру. Набила уровень, кукловода. Решила зайти в свой аккаунт и сервер, всё хорошо, показывает иконку с моим персонажем. Но нажимая и подождав загрузку, мне предлагают создать нового персонажа :(

Keep losing my progress
Not cool, twice now i have gotten to level 47 and then the server kicks me out and i lose my character!! The support button doesn’t work and when i try to log back into the same server I have to create a whole new character 🤬 I even bonded my account to my email and it doesn’t save my progress! My game centre logs in but no characters have been saved.
