Not trustworthy
Be mindful of these parking lots and their app. Once they take your car, it feels like they “kidnap” it because they can end up charging you whatever they want afterward. It’s also difficult to feel secure using the service because the app often does not work properly and may even log you out of your account. As a result, if you are trying to use a coupon or company discount, you may not be able to access it again without going through unnecessary complications.
In my humble opinion, even though I have a significant discount through my company, I would still rather park somewhere else because I feel much safer doing so.

Beyond terrible
Let me tell you about the regular torture this app and company inflicts on me several times a week. My gym’s garage recently switched to this system. I’m supposed to get two hours of free parking with my gym membership. Just scan the validation QR code through the app and I should be able to leave the gym without issue. In theory, the system is supposed to read my license plate, so I can just drive out. Instead, several times a week the app does not register that I’ve even driven into the garage. I have to manually enter that I have parked here, but even that doesn’t seem to work sometimes with their not working QR codes. Then when I leave, having validated my parking, I get to the exit and it tells me I owe $16. So I have to get out of my car to scan my QR code. But sometimes, that’s not even an option, I have to call and wait to have somebody answer and let me out of the garage. Now I’m creating a line behind me every time I try to leave the garage. After talking to somebody on the phone about this, it appears that the system is not properly reading my license plate, only reading part of it so it can never figure out that I’m in the garage, or trying to leave the garage with my validation. no one has given me a solution to this. I can assure you, my license plate is in perfect condition, so it’s not my problem. It’s not the gym problem because they don’t own this system. What am I supposed to do? if you’re going to take away people’s jobs by automating everything you might want to make sure that you’re automation works. What a joke!

the QR code to start the parking session NEVER works. i've had to call the cops to get out of a parking garage bc the customer service sucks so bad. you will get hung up on during phone calls and ignored when you message them for help
Unfortunate
Had two unfortunate experiences. The first time, the gate wouldn’t open when I scanned the QR code to get out and I had to call an Uber to get to and from my event. The second time using the garage the QR code, on the wall, to start the session was giving an error message. Garage does feel safe overall and prices are not bad. Directions are just not clear. A ticket system is much more reliable.

They’ve made parking worse
They changed to this app at this parking garage and now we have all kinds of issues. I share a car with my husband. His account is somehow coming to my email account. We’re getting charged even though we are validating our parking and I have never received a call or email back from Legacy with I’ve reached out.

This may be the worst company ever. Their stupid app never works. Even with a validation, the gate won’t open. And don’t bother calling for help because some trash human on the other line will talk over you, curse at you, tell you they are not going to do anything to help, and then hang up on you and leave you stranded behind a parking gate that won’t open. I hope people start breaking their parking gates down

Apparently doesn’t always work
Downloaded the app to make parking easier. Started the session. Showed everything was fine. Then had a notice on my car for not staring the session, though the app showed it in progress. Then went to see prior sessions in app. Didn’t show up. Unreliable and inefficient.
worst app and worst company to ever exist maybe
this company has to be the most evil large company i’ve ever had the misfortune of having to use. most of the time the app doesn’t work, when it does it doesn’t actually have up to date info, like the fact that the parking lot you typically go to has been completely coned off for a movie studio to move in for production. instead it just loads and loads like it does the rest of the time when it doesn’t work. the parking buildings elevators are always broken, the parking buildings are too cramped with a bunch of spots completely inaccessible because of poles. it’s dirty and it smells bad, and on top of that they have parking lots with minimum payments of 16 dollars which is frankly ridiculous for a 30 minute park. they deserve to burn and i will pray everyday that they do.

The App Doesn’t Match the QR Code
It costs $15.99 to park at 15 Alexander Street in Atlanta for 24 hours. The QR code allows for has an option for +4 hours parking for the same $15.99. Extra hours being for 4 hours totaling 8 hours costs another $15.99. Never again.
Amazing Service
I had an issue with parking and trying to apply a validation code when I arrived. I called the number for support but there was no answer so I sent them a quick email and I was absolutely floored when somebody called me back and then actually showed up to resolve my issue I have never experienced customer service that was that timely and that personalizedfor any place I’ve done business with. The parking manager was fantastic. Solved my issue instantly I’ll be more than happy to park with these guys anytime in the future this is a company that I highly recommend.

Scam
It’s a scammer organization, they will try to rob you in broad daylight. It took me 3 days to overcome their cynical narrative in the emails for charging me for a service I never used. Be careful!
