Great app
Reviewed and tried a luxury watch that I had no doubts being authentic, but wanted proof. Authenticated within the timeframe allotted and came out exactly as I thought.
Out of 15 Photos
2 photos failed for dumb reasons lol, passed 1 size tag but failed other 1 maybe a bad angle and insole stitching (QC issue) They just nitpick things to fail like Jordan Brand QC hasn’t took a dive .

It’s a really good app but they need a mouthy thing or something like that or lower also they need to make way more quicker for people who buys regularly
Authentication promise is bogus
You pay for a timed service and they promise it’s free if they can’t do it in time but they will wait out the clock and request bogus “new photos” literally 5 minutes before the time is up. This is somehow the reason it’s not free now. But then the clock starts over. So something that was going to take 8 hours I guess will now take 16.

Not On Time as Promised
Did not get the results within 4 hours as promised. I was anxiously waiting unt 2:20am California time. don't waste your time on this app. they asked for additional photos which I did which I sent at around 8am today 04/28/26, and it says one authenticator had authenticated, waiting for a second authenticator. they also said on their FAQ that turnaround time starts after an additional photo was submitted. So i submitted the last requested photo at around 8am today-- time check it's 3PM. so I am expecting for a refund! FYI they have an option to message the authenticator, but do not waste your time because they won't respond. Don't waste your time on this app..

I have to admit I was wrong about this app. They are very fast to authenticate which is a plus. I still don’t like the tokens but I guess that’s just a me thing. I highly recommend

Useless and takes your money
First you have to buy their tokens before you submit your item for authentication. I don’t understand the need for tokens. Just charge one simple price sheesh. Then I find out that the app won’t authenticate without a tag. I can’t even use it to authenticate a used luxury bag because it wants the tags!!! It’s a USED bag that’s why I need to authenticate. If I had bought it at the boutique, I wouldn’t need your service. I can’t even get my money back. This is very scammy and I’m not happy. I had to pay using a different service. BEWARE THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOU!!

Waste of time
I wanted to legit check one singular thing, they had me take all these photos with different angles even took some optional photos and questions. After about 20 minutes when I was ready to click “Continue (4 Tokens)” I should’ve just deleted it, but I kept trying closing and reopening the app but it never worked. Message to the developer: Make it clear that it requires payment also that the payment type is USD.
