This App is garbage. I’ve tried it several times thinking that they would work out the bugs. It only gets worse. Do not listen to the good reviews. They are most definitely fake. There is no customer service at all. You have to email support with problems and it could take over a month for them to get back to you. It is very intuitive and easy to use but they can’t seem to pull it together. Too bad really

Where to start with this review?
I started using this program some years ago and was very happy with it as I could build my site and manage it with an ipad. The customer service was good and they were very helpful when I needed help. All that changed abruptly in August of 2024, when my site was not accessible and I couldn’t get hold of anyone in customer service. August is the busiest time of the year for my business, and this was a major problem for us. When potential customers try to access your site and get the message “Proceed further at your own risk. To do so may risk serious problems…” (or something fairly similar to this)….it doesn’t exactly give you street cred. If the company knew there was a problem, it would have been nice to be notified rather than hold out hope that the issues (whatever they were) might be resolved. I hope y’all get it together and straighten out these issues, as this product was pretty darn good at one time, but please spend some time being kinder to your supporters. If the app is having problems, just be transparent about it. When it worked I would give the app 4/5 stars. I am giving you a bad rating for your lack of customer service right now…Months of unresponsiveness just doesn’t cut it.

The app crashes on new and older devices before a webpage is even created. The fine print would make you not want to use this anyway. But it does not work. Wastes your time:
Great product poor customer service
First let me say I actually love the product. It’s easy to use and it’s very affordable however, their customer support has become so poor lately it’s not even worth sharing the company with those who would benefit from it. I’ve reached out to them well over a week ago and their hasn’t been a response or an acknowledgment of “we’re working through it”. In the past it was 2-3 days before a response, then a week, then 10 days. It continues to be such an issue I’m probably going to have to go to a monthly payment to have a better experience. I want to change the review but the support experiences lately force me to have to leave 1 star AND more than likely dispute charges with my bank.

Poor performance
Upon answering all questions required to build a basic website, app went into “eternal thinking” or a production freeze mode, which lasted more that ten minutes without any results.
Second attempt has been made, albeit with no results. Not sure if I picked the wrong time, but based on this experience only one star can be granted.

Great App, easy to use!

Had my site now for several years. It’s been a super easy process to use. I can easily make quick edits or add/delete content on the go. This product is better suited for someone with a need for a simple, clean, basic website. For me, it’s absolutely perfect. I have on occasion needed tech support for various issues, they’ve been very responsive, and helpful. The website and tech support are valued members of my business team. But honestly I haven’t need tech help that often. The cost of the app and all that’s included is so affordable! For someone like me that scratches out a living from my photography, the low cost of this product is so welcome and valued. Very happy with Leia!

Possible SCAM. Don’t download
This seems like a scam.
Don’t bother. Many other bad reviews steer clear.
I downloaded this app only to discover that they wanted me to agree to the terms of their service which included a section basically stating that by agreeing I was entering into a subscription which no attempt to cancel through my bank would be successful. The links offering prices or contacts are both fake.
Honestly there are SO MANY ACTUAL apps that DO offer to assist in building a website and have full price transparency.
This app is misleading its customers by not providing their customers with full disclosure of their prices.
It’s got loads of 1 star ratings and the five star ratings read like they’re fake.
So it’s just another phony marketing scam by greedy developers who don’t care about anything but getting contact info and up front annual subscriptions.

This is just not good, the fonts aren’t organized, they clearly don’t know how to make amazing websites as it’s an AI generator, but at least offer more features in the free version, going back and changing everything is too tedious, it’s easier to build my own. Really bad app, needs to be updated and have better tech, backgrounds, and text. The layouts aren’t great either.

Hard to use doesnt give you enough time to claim your website and it doesn't understand how to upgrade to save your website it just keeps saying its already upgraded but it wont go through interesting app but needs work i wish it worked better for me

Amateur AI | Can’t Save
The AI proves par if not slightly below other AI website builders. Yet that’s moot given I can never save anything and thus every minute I have tried and tried to build a site and login is time wasted.
Website deleted twice without warning
Do not waste your time with this app. Paid for an upgrade that they never sent an email confirmation for. Showed them proof of payment in my bank statement. They refused to honor it and later deleted my account for not upgrading. I did not receive any payment or subscription request.
The first time my account was deleted they said that they sent an email asking customers to upgrade, I never received said email. My account was deleted without notice. It seems as if children are running this company, having no understanding of the value of a website and the time it takes a company to make one. Stay far away.

Website Solution of the past?
I initially loved this app and how seamlessly converted my idea to practical use. As someone who is not tech savvy (nor do I really want to learn lol) the app made it very easy to edit and create my website, even secure my domain name. Unfortunately, when the time came to renew my subscription (which is automated annually) is when I started to run into issues. My website was down for almost a week and my domain name was no longer registered during that time frame. I reached out via their “contact us” option and was given a notification that my message went through successfully and someone from their team would reach out. There was never any follow through on their end (and no number to call) one day randomly after going to my web address I saw that my site was back up. No one ever contacted me from their team. Now, here I am months later back in the same predicament. I used to sing the praises of the app and refer other business owners. Now, I’m frustrated, embarrassed and stressed out trying to find my own solution to a problem that they created and seem to careless about. This needs to be resolved and made right!!! We are in a pandemic and my website is connected to my income/livelihood!

Getting Out of Hand
Yes this is a real person with a real review. I use to love using this app, every website I owned came from this company. But the bugs and glitches and looks like your app and website is lack of maintenance. I deleted this app twice off of my phone and reinstalled the same thing over again. When it’s time to create a website it always freezes on the 3rd step. Now I am looking for a new company to spend my money at.
