Worst Application
The worst application, I have ever seen because I have been trying to contact the customer care since many days even after the loan has been approved, they have not credited anything to my account, but even I even try calling the customer care nobody is responding. Hence I am cancelling the mandate and I have also dropped an email on your email address telling that I need to cancel my loan application and at the same time, I am cancelling all the email date and then necessary things because I have not received any amount to my account going further. I don’t wanna take risk. Thank you.

Best App Available-It’s my Best Friend Now
I was admitted in hospital as i was diagnosed with Dengue and a dangerous Bacterial infection. While all other apps like lendit, Fibe, Kreditbee got my data and sold it but Lending plate supported me continuously for 3 months with higher amounts to meet my medical expenses along with my daily expenses. No proper update
So the process was approval was really fast. That was a good point. It was my first instance so happy with that.
But after that it’s stuck at disbursement point for 2 business days.
Support confirmed there is a glitch, but after that No proper communication for the timeline for solving issues.
No response from either of the channels today - email, WhatsApp or call. I
I don’t think they will change the due dates even though the issue is from their end.
Few minutes commitment and if issues persisted then no timeline. I guess this will be the first and last time.
Might change this if proper communications are received.
As said change the rating to 4 star. Not giving 5 as there were still communication gaps which backfires when we ever need support.

Fraudsters
I had an amount that had to be settled because of issues. An employee contacted me and asked me to pay the amount through the app and said it would be closed. After I paid the amount, I still am getting calls and texts everytime regarding the fact that I’ve to pay again and this time an unbelievable amount. The customer support section is only stuck in the choose Hindi or English section and doesn’t proceed further. On top of this, the employee still harasses me and again has blocked my number through both WhatsApp and calls. Totally run by fraudsters this company is.

Dont ever take loan from here
Please dont take any loan from them they literaly show you no mercy while gettimg back the money. I was hospitalised and i explained them i ll do partment and settle but they ruined my life by mailing my company they used bad words and they were treating so badly i was a loyal customer to them for past 1.5years i paid back on time i even preclosed loans. One time i got missed the emi payment then they started their abusive way to collect the money. Please dont fall on this trap. Use bank option to get loan not from this third rated app and third rated service

They will give loan if you are late to pay they will hack you phone and will take your family members phone numbers and as well they will hack you family members phone they will call to them and talk abuse words. If payment is late if they call

Lesser limit and robotic answers
Every time I’ll be making on time payments without any delay then, I paid my whole salary to repay the loan and I was expected either same limit or higher limit then before, this time they disappointed me with lesser amount and there is no changes on my cibil score, it’s remains same.. I’m having a lot of commitments and family responsibilities I need to pay all my other EMI’s, Rent, bills etc..I’m not sure why my limit got dropped. Then I’ve sent a message on what’s app I’ve start received robotic responses and they closed my ticket.. I’m not sure what kind of services your support team giving to the middle class people, and I think They don’t have a proper knowledge about the process and what to answer.. disappointed

I m using this application from last 4 months and paying the amount on time that to before due date but whenever i try to reapply they say as in their are no offers available may i know the reason for this?

Pathetic
I have been using this app since 4-5 months and I am a loyal and honest customer. I take loan from them every month and I pay it before my due date and out of nowhere this month after paying the money before 3 days of my due date suddenly I couldn't able to get the loan again. I have no idea how many calls I did and how many emails that I have dropped. Everytime I got ntg but an automatic bot reply. These people charge like bonkers of almost 40% interest that too for what like 21-26 days, which is way too much. But still I have never complained and kept on paying them full amount and for being a loyal and an honest customer this is what I get in reply. That is why people shouldn't be this good. These people deserve the ones who never answer their calls or messages and never pay the loan. Worst and Pathetic. Would never recommend to anyone. I wish I can give 0 stars, not even zero they deserve negative.

Please don’t take loan I have taken but I met with accident I’m unable to repay I have requested Costmar care but very badly they scolded me I don’t have parents I have requested them I can’t explain my pain they sending voicemails using worst words on my mother sister like but definitely KARMA Won’t live I have my medical reports also I told I will send no use sending messages to family & office calling everyone lots of harassment I can’t explain here they said pay 44k it will clear but after pay they said it’s a settlement fake please don’t trust don’t spoil your life because of problems we will take but this peoples will do like anything I have all records I’m feeling to die because of that words i feel to Comet SUICIDE one day I’ll do I will write later on this app because of this app please hope you understand

Worst Application- Don’t ever use this platform.
I don’t deny that I have not taken loan.. but this is the first ever such platform, whose employees will Harass you UPTO the Hell.. and will even blackmail you, if you have delayed even by 1 day. They will be very soft spoken, when they give you loan. After taking loan, due to medical emergency, I called them to inform, that I will be slightly late in paying the loan, but no problem, whatever is the interest, I am okay to pay that. But there employees started calling and blackmailing me to an extent, that I ended up filing complaint against them in RBI and CM/police helpline. Be ware of such apps. Don’t borrow.

These people take enormous interest and start behaving like goons on the first day delay itself. When asked to waiver the penalty they start abusing you and they keep harassing you on WhatsApp messages and keep threatening to send email or call in the office. They should ban these people’s lending license. Don’t bother asking for feedback on your email ID. When you all didn’t think before harassing a person to this level. Why should we send feedback and waste our time.

Worst Experience , took a loan from this app , they approved it for a very short period and short amount. They never comply with RBI Policies and will harras you with best possible sources available if you delay in payback even if someone met with accident and undergone a surgery they wont leave you and will make your repo at stake like your account is becoming NPA in like 4-5 days delay. Never take a loan from this app as their charges are high too, they can even destroy your repo at your workplace by mailing the details to your HR in 4-5 days delay. Never Take loan from this app Never , even not worth one star.
