Could use some improvement
Why not let customers know they’re in an outage or that their power has been restored - you already collect the user/customer info
App never works
Every time I try to access the app, it says server error. I’ve tried turning off my phone, deleting the app and reinstalling it, turning the WiFi off, you name it, I’ve tried it. The app is completely pointless.
A lot of mistakes
I put 5 star so the review can be at the top but I rate this a 0 star.
My paper bill states due amount 127 the app is charging me 355, it also says December, February and then February again on the payment history this app is pretty much useless for me at this point I’ll just wait for my paper bill to arrive in the mail

Email validation error. Not able to sign up.
I was going to sign up. Was excited about the app since I will stop paying at the office. But app throwing me an error about not valid email even though it’s my valid email. Your IT department skipped such a huge bug! Can you please fix it so I can sign up.
I can’t sign up
I can’t even sign up as the app can’t find my account number that is on my recent pay bill.
