Not fancy or anything, but I created a bulk pickup waste request in the app and the next day it was completed. Worked perfectly for me
Lots of info in one place
I use it to find parking and other city info in one place. And the request feature does work, not sure what happened with the other reviewer. Only works for reporting things within the city limits.
The create a request doesn’t work
I downloaded this app to report a very dangerous situation with a tree precariously leaning towards Clinton Hwy and is only a matter of time before it falls on the road.
However, the app will not let me create a request as I keep getting an error “sorry the type of problem cannot be reported at the specified location”. I tried several addresses as request types and get the same error every time.
