App doesn’t work

I have used Leo for a while and they were fine with the color scale. The app has not worked for me to date as I always get an error. I emailed customer service and have not heard back yet.

Would not buy again

I’ve been using the Leo testers and not getting clear results. Either nothing, super faint lines, etc. I downloaded the app thinking the Leo my food would help but no matter the clarity of my picture it says image not clear enough. Super frustrating for tests that are expensive to not work.

Disappointed

I tested this on a snack that showed gluten free on packaging… yet test shows has gluten

Doesn’t work

The testers are great, but the camera in the app won’t focus on the tests at the scale they want it (it does focus for the first picture though). Completely unusable without fixing.

Great tests, terrible app

The app never seems capable of taking a photo of the test and, when it fails, it cancels the photo of the food and the information entered. That means I either let my food get colder trying to take 17 pictures, or I give up and have no record.
Still true. Also, I’d love it if it could walk me through the methodology.
