What an utterly catastrophic fail. First download refused to open past the BT requested. Deleted and reinstalled. Got past the BT and new features cards to a blank home page and refused to move on from there to anywhere else. Look, Leslie’s, like all pool shops, are rip-off merchants (I get my stuff other than liquid chlorine online of from Home Depot for far less cost) but when they’re app doesn’t even work… seriously?

False Readings with Accu Blue Home Tester
The calcium hardness reading is almost always WAY lower than reality. The salt reading is also way low. I’ve returned my AccuBlue tester twice and that didn’t help. Leslie’s needs to change the tester to make it callibratible.

First, you stopped shipping disks in boxes. Okay, the padded envelope is adequate. Then you stopped packing desiccant packets. Okay, I saved them from prior shipments. Now you stopped putting the disks in a plastic bag. And you increased the price. What’s next, 4 disks instead of 5?

Qr codes take you to leslies app not instructions subject. Figures dont match app after that all appears finest

The app is normally good, but since the update the cart doesn’t work. I’ve signed out, I’ve deleted and re-download it and still get the error.
03/2026 app crashes
Something has recently changed. The app is consistently crashing out when switching to different menus.

After updating to 10.0 my ability to test water with the at home accublue has been removed. There is a constant error message. Will be calling Leslie’s since this is something I shouldn’t be charged for…

Please fix your checkout
For the love of everything good and holy, please fix your checkout out bugs in this app. This is twice I’ve tried to order something using my gift card balance and also use my credit card for the remaining balance. It will charge my card, but it never executes the order as complete and ready for pick up/ or delivery. It also doesn’t debit the gift card balance. It’s like it never happened. This is infuriating and I find it MUCH easier to simply order from Amazon.

Cart Doesn’t Display
Love the AccuBlue, but I can’t buy anything online with the app, safari or desktop Chrome browser! The Cart will not load. What’s up?
Takes Money without Processing
Think twice before trying to order through Apple Pay, it took $320 for equipment and took the money without processing the order. Customer service doesn’t see a problem with this and says I need to submit another order.

Slow low app that crashes
This is by far the slowest app I have ever used, it takes forever to open, forever to use, and is unavailable at sporadic times. It doesn’t make any sense why it is so slow compared to any other app. I tried to test my pool early this morning, which was critical before I went to work for the kids to use, and then my pulse section is just not working, horrible, horrible app recommend using a different company.
