Very good small hydroponic
This is a great self-contained desktop self watering garden. I have some lettuce, beans and peppers all doing very well on it.
App doesn’t work
This app is great when it works. Most of the time it will not connect to my four LetPot. Fix the app please!
Not functional app
I will update this once fixed because truly I never got to use any of the features this app seems to have as it’s now not connecting to anything. This garden device I have cannot really be used without the app other than just hoping the schedule in place is already fine. Such a bummer compared to other garden devices I have.

Disappointing
I finally got the app to load but continue to have connection issues. My seed starting system says it’s online but App just keeps circling and won’t connect. Support on LetPot website tells me to contact support through the App…. But the App won’t let me! 🤦🏻♀️

Privacy Issue
This app bypassed security settings and automatically granted private access to view the entirety of iPhone’s photo library, it does not allow you to remove or revoke access in the app settings or iPhone security settings

I love my little LetPot! I didn't think I was going to enjoy it as much as I have (it was a gift), but it has been such a joy watching the growth and being able to share my harvests with family and neighbors!
Perfect till you broke it
Was working perfectly but now it won’t allow selection of “use anonymously” anymore.

LetPots app and system is overall super easy to understand, even for beginners. Its super satisfying to see the progress ive made in such little time :) Im enjoying growing a variety of plants and my veggies are thriving!! I 10/10 recommend!

Only wish I’d that I could select multiple species and have it give me a best range for the settings. And that it would allow me to track the species in each cell.

Won’t connect
Worst UX ever, its just won’t connect, failed to add device. Wasted hours…
Bug in App
Overall the app works well and I enjoy using it, but I’ve discovered a few bugs. The one that is currently driving me crazy is every time I disable the temperature alert for my EC meter it reenables itself after a minute or so.
Junk
Don’t buy their products until they get the app fixed. There are too many problems to list. The seed starter is excellent but the app is useless. I’ve had problems with this company before and their engineers contacted me personally. We worked out the problems on that product, I’ll help here too, if they contacted me.

Best way to grow!
This setup is easy to use, has great connectivity and takes a lot of the work that traditional gardening requires, away. My sister in law ended up getting this gifted for Christmas from my brother because I told him how great it is. The WiFi notifications are on time, the app is easy to control the timing. I’m happy that it tells you the correct amount of time needed for the plants, automatically controls the pump for circulation and the lighting daily. There’s very little that I need to do, filling the water with the correct fertilizer is made easy and these plants are growing like no other plant I’ve grown before!! I’m going to be purchasing larger units to grow more!!! I would recommend this to anyone!!!

Functional
I started using the app yesterday and it’s pretty cool. The only issue I’m having is the only basil I can add to my wiki is lemon basil. I’ll give the app 5 stars once the issue is resolved.
Keeps dropping connection
Very very disappointed. The app constantly drops connection with my LetPot unit. Really diminishes the experience. Repacking the unit and returning.
