Extremely slow delivery times. Each card is sent individually probably because they don't actually have the inventory on hand, starting with the lowest values. And $7 to ship each card? And most of the pulls don't come close in value to what you paid for it.
For comparison I purchased from slabdaddy a day after using LETSGO...all cards shipped together. Free shipping. Better value cards (bought 15). Already delivered.
Way better options out there. At least options that don't bluntly make you feel like you got scammed.

Hey Tim, One thing we can answer plainly: every card is physically in our warehouse, and shipments go out regularly, the next batch within days. Feedback on per-card shipping costs is heard and going to the team. For your order's status, reach out to support in the app.
Honestly not the best
While the opening and the main part of the app are great it seems like the little things need more work. Like every time you want to send a card to your house it will not save your info if you want to withdraw funds you have to put in more info than what you would need for a car loan and you can’t select multiple cards at once to to mall to your house so if you open a lot you are spending 7$ for that 10$ card that you like to ship it there’s no discount for sending multiple in my opinion your better off getting mystery packs from Walmart or GameStop than using this app at least you don’t have to pay shipping that costs more than the card

Glad the ripping itself lands - and the friction points you list are heard. Saved address info and multi-card shipping are going straight to the team, as a feedback. The withdrawal checks are there to protect your account, but making everything around them lighter is on us.
