We have used let’s ride many times now and never been let down yet. Always on time in a clean car and pleasant driver. I love being able to track the car that gives you reassurance they will arrive on time
App issues
Tried 3 different debit, credit cards to pre book trips and all declined. All valid cards and no reason to be declined other than app issue. Frustrating
Lovely drivers, clean cars
We used them a few times in 2023, always on time, lovely drivers and the cars have always been very clean.
Good service
He arrived early. We had one intermediate drop off and very comfortable ride home without excess speed.
