We have used let’s ride many times now and never been let down yet. Always on time in a clean car and pleasant driver. I love being able to track the car that gives you reassurance they will arrive on time
App issues
Tried 3 different debit, credit cards to pre book trips and all declined. All valid cards and no reason to be declined other than app issue. Frustrating

We used them a few times in 2023, always on time, lovely drivers and the cars have always been very clean.

He arrived early. We had one intermediate drop off and very comfortable ride home without excess speed.

Never used an app for booking taxi’s before and was a little apprehensive , but need not have worried , brilliant app ,very good rates , taxi turned up , had to email them with a query , got a reply from Cameron within the hour , all in all a brilliant experience. Will definitely use them again .
