I wasted my money.
I am really disappointed with my recent purchase. At first, everything seemed great when I set it up, and I was excited to use it every day. However, as mentioned in the reviews, the app definitely needs some improvement. I would advise against purchasing it until it's been updated. On the same day I bought it, later on, I tried opening the app again, but I couldn't use it at all. Nothing worked. I didn't even get to see any of the challenges because it was stuck loading for 45 minutes to an hour. I tried to resolve the issue by restarting my phone and the app, but nothing changed. It feels like a waste of money, and I don't want to support something that doesn't even work, especially when it requires a monthly subscription. I'm going to delete it.

Overall such a good app , sadly keeps freezing every time I get to peak workout . Really put my mood down
I canceled my subscription months ago
I canceled my subscription months ago and I am still being charged. Canāt get in contact with anyone canāt log into the account. Canāt find anything is my email. What am I supposed to do?????
Still charging me
i absolutely love Nona but this app is awful. It was glitchy and hard to use. I used it for a few months, cancelled, and itās STILL CHARGING ME. EVERY MONTH!!! Now it wonāt let me login to my account or even reset my password to get in.

Bad service
I emailed them regarding refund but there was no response from their end. They charged me for the subscription even after cancelling it. Very poor management and the app needs lots of upgrades.
Glitch
whenever i click into the app it gets frozen so i deleted it, re downloaded and went back into the app signed in again and it just takes me to the page that says āwhatās your genderā i try to click on my gender but it does nothing itās just stuck. iāve been using the app for well over a month now and never had the issue. could someone fix this?

Not happy
I thought the app was great itself. I ended up cancelling my subscription in April 2023 because I didnāt want it anymore and iām still being charged 11.99/ month for some reason (itās december now). When I try to log back into my old account to check on my subscription plans it says my email is invalid and I have to sign up. very confused and unhappy.

Hi! Iāve downloaded the app a little while ago. It didnāt work out for me so I canceled the subscription. Itās been 3 months and they are still charging me, even though on the app it shows me I donāt have a subscription.

I bought the $12 subscription, it charged my card but it still doesn't let me use the app. I'm extremely disappointed considering the fact that i was excited to use an app that could motivate me to better my lifestyle. I guess it was too good to be true.

I was struggling with depression and anorexia at the end of 2021 and then I was scrolling through Pinterest one day and I saw someone had reposted one of her workouts! I fell in love with her personality and her easy to follow workouts and immediately went on tiktok to follow her at this point i owned no gym clothes didnāt have a gym membership and only did home ab workouts and ate barely anything because of her I have since listened to everyone of her podcast episodes 3 times at least, own a whole wardrobe of Gymshark, enjoy working out rather than using it as a punishment, go to the gym after school most days and eat enough healthy meals and love myself and my body I highly recommend her podcast on Spotify āmuscle mommiesā (which she does with her friend arev who I also love), her tiktok @nonabayat and this app! Thank you nona!

How do I cancel my subscription?
So much potential!
I love Nona and the work she does! I love this app but it messes up so much!! Sometimes it just shuts down on its on, or at the end when i click finish it doesnāt submit the work i just did and sometimes it wonāt show me the workout at all. I cannot wait till it gets better! There is so much potential here! I will continue to support but this app needs some work! With nothing but love š«¶š¼

Read that people where having trouble with the app still though I would give it a try but NOPE. My mistake still doesnāt work. Freezes & erases your data. I tried turning on off my phone and others things nothing worked. So asked for my monthly refund back since it wasnāt working for me. They said No soā¦

Suddenly canāt listen to music while having the app on
Yesterday I could listen to Spotify or YouTube while working out. But now for some reason I cannot. When I open the app and it shows how to do the exercises the music stops. Itās pretty annoying. I hope they can fix this soon so that I can listen to something while Iām working out again.
