Scam of the year!!!!

$499 for over 20 markers and so far the only thing it has kept track of his glucose… So in conjunction to the $499 per year is now an $89 a month charge for glucose monitors. And while that by itself is on a completely different app, this company is 100% a scam because there’s not a single solitary thing that it measures other than glucose that it said it was going to measure. If you’re thinking about getting this go a different route because there’s not a thing about it that it’s worthwhile. You ended up having to download two apps and if you want to track your meals and activities, etc., you have to input the information twice (once in each app) because the only thing the two apps communicate to one another is glucose levels and nothing else. When you look at the website, it sounds great. Looks very enticing but when you get the app, you have this misunderstanding this company is interested only in your money and not giving you a finished product. I am very thankful that I did not do the $2000 version.

Bad app bad return policy

Wouldn’t refund since is was outside the meager 14 day return policy. If you don’t have glucose monitor don’t use. Bad customer service!

I wish Levels would use Libre

I wish Levels would use Libre. I also wish it would and 1/2 calories for exercise. Otherwise its great

Highly recommend

This is a great app. I am learning so much about what kind of foods affects me and how I can adjust to control my glucose levels.

No Customer Service

Be Warned! The CGM device stopped working, they did not give me the $100
credit for signing up other people and the customer support is a useless bot.

Could be great

The one thing really holding this app back is the HORRIBLE food log. PLEASE just get meal data/nutrients from Apple Health or integrate with Lose-It. The native food tracking is terrible. Even logging the food in Lose-it and taking screenshots of the meal, the Levels Ai sucks at getting the macros correct. It’s wrong more than half the time. If they fix this, it would be so much more useful!

Underwhelmed

Overpriced, AI is bad, coaching is very elementary level for the money.

Meh

So far I’m seeing about 10% of the value of the $500 that I’ve spent on this application. I also don’t understand how when advertised it doesn’t advertise that we were going to need to use two apps together numbers the other one being Stelo. And with this when I want to input an activity or what I’m eating, etc. I have to do it twice because the only thing that the one app tells the other is my sugar level. Secondly, this is supposed to be telling me also my different levels for cardiac numbers with regard to LDL, HDL triglyceride, etc….. so far it does not do this so as of right now when the membership ends in one year, I will not get this again because so far it isn’t overpriced blood detector that has not shown me any of what it’s supposed to yet

Levels, a Great Guide

Levels is helping me as I try to lower my A12 and my ApoB. They have helped me set realistic goals and follow a routine that has made a positive difference. With the CGM, I can see the difference my diet makes. Levels is like a good friend encouraging me to make the best decisions. .

Good tracking terrible AI coach, gives wrong information

I have used Levels a few times and usually for a period of time with the glucose monitor to calibrate my eating exercise and overall health. The app is easy to use and does the basics well (5 ⭐️). They now have an AI coach, which is truly terrible (1 ⭐️ or less). I am well-versed in and understand how AI works, especially large language, models and AI for analysis. This “coach” not only gives you bad advice it sometimes pulls the wrong data and then confidently analyzes it. On the misguided advice - I had a spike due to stress with a perfectly balanced meal that I ate a little bit before. It confidently said I might want to reconsider the meal. When I shared the meal back and reminded it of the event I tracked at the same time, it basically said, oh yeah you’re right, my bad, this is a really well balanced meal, maybe it’s stress. I have screenshots of all of this. It also has pulled the wrong data claiming I had a glucose drop in the evening when it actually happened in the middle of the night. We went back-and-forth three times and it really couldn’t understand that the time period it had was wrong. I actually fed some of the answers and screenshots into another AI tool and that AI tool basically said that’s terrible. It’s suggested I write a letter and that I didn’t need it for the analysis so I should stop using it. 😂 Bottom line - use the app but use the AI coach very cautiously. To the developers this AI coach needs a lot of work and you may want to reconsider how you released it and how your advertising it within the app. It is a liability especially for people who are looking for solid analysis and feedback.

Complete waste of time and money

This app is not user friendly, provides no useable information. It’s so bad that it feels like it can’t be incompetence this feels like it might be a scam. The overall rating of 4.7 does not seem plausible. Do not purchase. Something is wrong. This is so bad I am looking for an oversight or regulatory board to report it.

It’s been essential for me

I didn’t know I had prediabetes, so getting Levels has been a game changer for me in reducing glucose levels. I couldn’t do without it. Knowing I can see what effect foods have on my blood sugar levels influences what I choose to eat!

Best tool for your health!

Fantastic tool to live your best life!

Cannot stop billing

Signed up for levels, unfortunately there was a typo in my email. I have contacted support multiple times to cancel and they have yet to respond.

72 and changing my macros

I always had a clean and whole diet, but was getting close too to being diabetic and my cholesterol was too high. This tool has helped me to: double my protein and my fiber intake; control my blood sugar levels throughout the day; and get rid of cortisol spikes that awakened me in the middle of the night; and best of all I don’t have to go on medication and still eat the same foods, just differently.

Levels is a game changer

I love Levels. It has changed my life by giving me true insight into how food affects my health and well being. Small invest for the most important asset in your life, you.

Maybe good for some, not for me

The app user interface is colors on black, hard to see. The app has many possible functions; it is unnecessarily complex and complicated. After 2 weeks of use, I haven’t found my way around it though I’m no novice. It adds to my stress level. I will try other CGM/nutrition apps.

Levels total system

Has everything needed to succeed long term.

Awesome

Started with good energy book last fall 9/24, levels app 1/25, CGM 5/25. CGM data is invaluable with AI meal suggestions. Food cravings gone, feel full and cells healthy. Down 25 lbs! 165lbs to 140lbs. No pre diabetes or diabetes diagnosis, however I was undiagnosed insulin resistant and no longer. I recommend the book, app, CGM to everyone!

Bad experience in iOS 26.1

I have used and loved Levels for about a year. I upgraded my iPhone- downloaded the Levels updates and the app runs 3 hours behind reading the cgm. The “Help” feature doesn’t load… really not helpful anymore and no way to contact them for help.
