Poor to no support
Installed this system to help maintain my pool water level. First unit worked for approx 9 months and them simply stopped filling. I was told the sensor in the pool was broken. Got a new sensor and that never worked. I was then told the firmware was faulty and had to get a full replacement. This unit was so inconsistent I. How and when it filled the pool I had to disable it because it would turn on and not turn off. I then purchased the monitoring system Meterdog thinking I would be able to track the Levwlsmart activity as it is connected directly to the system and provides reporting via cell signal with an annual subscription. .This was a disaster as the reports are all 48 hours old. I informed the supplier I would not be able to use the system going forward and was given assurance that my subscription would be canceled. Disabled and removed the entire system and sure enough a month after everything was removed I was billed for the subscription.

Aloha, My sincere apologies for your experience. Our systems were upgraded recently to help avoid the radio reception problems with your installation. Unfortunately not all systems are in cell tower range however these situations are rare. The data is updated ever 30 minutes and summarized for daily averages.
