This app is so hard to use- I have been unable to login for a month. It always prompts me to reset my password and when I do the link sent to me to reset the password does not work. I have contacted support about this multiple times and their solution is to tell me to use the computer. Why not have an app that just works?

I bought so many pairs of jeans from here because they get a good price shipping is free and I don’t need to go to the store anymore. I can buy premium Levi’s jeans for $55

Jeans are amazing but App just doesn’t work
This app logs you out all the time. Asks for new passwords all the time. Empties my shopping basket after I have spent 20 minutes selecting items. Finally when it send the reset password mail, the link in the mail often doesn’t sync with reset password in the app. I have worn Levi’s for 30 years it deserves a much better app

Why do customers need to log in everytime you open the app. It's time consuming!

Why does this app need updated so much. Every single time I go to use the app it needs updated. Completely takes all of the convince out of using the app vs on the website.

Don’t trust the Cancel Order option
Tried to cancel an order using the “cancel order” option under my orders. I got a message saying I would get an email confirmation. No confirmation was sent so I tried 2 more times. Today I got a notice that my order shipped. The Cancel order option is not functional.
