App issues
I tried the free trial and liked the program, but when it came to my upgrade, each time that I pressed the button to pay it closed the app. Silly app error has meant that I’ve had to go elsewhere for my programming. No way of contacting them either - their support address doesn’t work as the website isn’t registered. Very frustrating

Subscription
Trying to buy the subscription but app keeps crashing. Good app not working though. Would avoid until fixed. You get your 1 week free trail then can’t access anything.
Won’t let me go premium
Have tried to go premium but app keeps crashing, seems like a good app but won’t let me buy so not a good way to run a business
App Shuts Down
A couple of things that have driven my 1 star review. First, I downloaded the app and created an account on day one but wasn’t ready to start a program. They advertise a 7 day free trial, but do NOT advertise that the trial starts as soon as you create an account. When I started the program I was interested in 6 days after creating my account I wasn’t able to view the program after my first workout and was asked to pay for a membership to view further content. Secondly, I figured I’d go ahead and pay for the content and see how the first month went, but when I clicked the link in the app to pay the app completely shut down. I’ve tried logging out and logging back in. I’ve shut down the app I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. With every solution I come up with though I’m unable to get a full membership.
I think the programming seemed perfect from what I could see so I’m pretty disappointed that I can not use the app.
I also tried to go through their website but it just refers you back to the app.

Amazing app very well laid out with good programmes especially the HYROX PRO programmes
