Waste of time and profit
I wish I knew how terrible it was to get assistance for a simple getup of printer to laptop. I can’t connect my printer directly to the laptop for some convoluted reason, and 5G is apparently too much for the printer to connect to. The product design is confusion and frustration packed into one clunky expensive and now useless printer. I’ve wasted THREE days trying to fix this, and spend $30 on getting the supplies that are apparently suppose to fix this issue. Each customer service representative gives me different reasons and ways to fix this, and THREE DAYS OF NOTHING BUT WASTING MY TIME.

Awful experience
I will never buy another Lexmark product. Color printer was hacked and useless not long after placing on home network. No US product support. We spent more than an hour on phone with China, new control board would cost as much as printer. Bought an HP.
Doesn’t work with iOS 15.1
I downloaded the app and fired it up and searched for my printer. The app found my printer quickly and showed the correct model number so I thought I was golden. Then I selected the printer to connect to it and after 15 seconds or so I got an invalid device error. I tried several times and nothing worked and there was no indication on the printer itself of anything at all.
Anyone know if this is just an iOS 15.1 incompatibility? Or is this just a crappy app?

Works ok printing to an old printer
I tried to print a pdf from an iPad to an old Lexmark laser printer and it worked. My only complaint is the there are long pauses between pages.
Not user friendly. Very poor documentation
This app is NOT HELPFUL. Waste of time.

Cannot add a printer. App finds printer, search finishes, but click on printer and app crashes . Tried several times same results.

Simply does NOT work
My E260dn works perfectly on my network. My iPhone connects perfectly to my network. But this app CANNOT connect to the printer despite having the exact IP address.

Perfect if you VPN back to your home network
iOS can’t see your network printers when you VPN in, and doesn’t have the option to search for a printer by IP address, but with this app I can now print to my home printer no matter where I am. I did have to restart my phone before “Lexmark print” showed up as an option within apps alongside iOS print option

Now I know why the price was dropped on this Lexmark printer. The app is horrible! 2020 and an app of this type should be a breeze to use.

service unreachable! i connected my iphone to brand new printer. ok great. now i want to print something...... service unreachable.
Doesn’t work
Downloaded the app and instantly found my printer. I was able to pull up a pdf in the chrome app and click share and print to the printer, everything seemed great until I noticed the printer was still printing a couple minutes later. It went through nearly the entire tray of paper and printed one line of Wingdings like characters on each page. Hopefully Lexmark will fix the app because it has potential, but clearly doesn’t work (at least not with my 2 year old Lexmark laser printer).

Wrong age classification
I don’t understand why this app is rated for 17+ while the others from Lexmark aren’t. I’d give it a higher rating if this was corrected.
