Tengo iPhone y la app se bloquea, a veces dice que los auriculares no los detecta, la asistencia cuando se escucha uno solo, mal. No le pone atención al cliente.
App features don’t work
Half the app features and customisation don’t work and make it frustrating to try and use the headphones. Can’t seem to get the app to work since changes/updates and it’s frustrating as the headphones are great.

Hatte wie andere das gleiche Problem : Die App erkennt die Kopfhörer nicht mehr und somit kann man die Gesten nicht mehr individuell einstellen. Muss jedes Mal die Verbindung kappen,die Kopfhörer in case für 10sek beide drücken - bis sich es resettet.. total nervig!
I hate this app!!!
This app does not work I can get the headphones to connect but I cannot get the app to connect and I am unable to access the tools on the app and I misplaced a headphone and I can’t use the app to help find it!!! Unless!!! So disappointed!!!!

以前用還好好的 更新後app完全不能用了 等化器跟附加設定全都不能調 不能取消自動播放/暫停功能很困擾 每次調整耳機拿下來音樂就停掉

Reset your earbuds
A few days ago, the app was useless for me. Nothing worked. I just did a full reset of my earbuds (long press on the right earbud for 10s until red light) and now everything works fine.

L’application ne capte mes écouteurs que moins d’une fois sur 5 (et je suis gentil…). La localisation est à la rue, avec plusieurs jours de retard (je n’ai pris le temps de compter combien). Quelle déception!

Useless for a long time on iPhone
How long is this app going to do nothing before it’s fixed on iOS? It’s unacceptable. I want to toggle parameters but can’t. I want to try 3d sound stage but it won’t let me. At all. LG, when will this be fixed? It’s unacceptable
