It’s annoying that the most prominent thing is their big shopping for insurance box when trying to look at accounts. We already get enough mailed spam about that which other banks don’t do.

What happened to Zelle??
I do like the app a lot besides the scheduled maintenance but I don’t understand why Zelle isn’t available anymore. If it’s no longer a feature in the app it should be removed and not still visible. However, more and more people are using Zelle so you all should consider reinstalling it asap.

app is just a web wrapper pretending to be an app, and for blind users has many accessibility issues
Terrible Practice
LGE has been taking anywhere from $50 to $150 from my savings without notifying me that there is a limit on the amount of transfers from my high rewards checking to my savings account. They been doing this for at least if not longer, kneecapping the amount I’ve been able to save. This a terrible practice.
