Waste of time
Normally when you open personal current account with uk bank they only ask for id , proof of address, personal bank statement etc. all the proceed takes roughly 1-3 days . I’ve provided my id, personal bank account statement, proof of address etc even my business bank account statement, My company’s verified certificate from HMRC but they keep asking same questions & documents again & again.
It’s been more than 20 days. I’m just disappointed. I don’t understand what’s going on !

Nice app and layout
Slick app, nice dark mode, fast opening and navigation.
Updates needed: notifications to come with sound/vibrate as my phone is always on silent and I’d never know if any activity happened as they come through silent.
Merchant data needs to be refined/tidied as it uses the plain standard merchant data giving an unsightly transaction history.
An instant access saver with an attractive savings rate or ability to have multiple “pot” style savings accounts for better money management.
