The app is very basic and missing features
I think there is a Wishlist and you can add things to it but there’s no way to look at what you saved. Also there’s no settings option, once you sign in you cannot switch accounts or sign out from in the app. No way to change contact details or your name. You can change your address but only when ordering. I went to their website to see if it was any different but from what I can tell it has all the same problems.
I like the style of clothes but the app isn’t very good. I ordered from the website a few weeks ago and the order is being shipped so not sure what the quality of the products are like yet.

Cute clothes
I spent $200 here and I do like their clothes. It’s decent quality and fabric and the fit is good. Shipping takes awhile but other than that everything is good!
Do not recommend
Ordered 3 blouses from this shop and it was a disappointment. Material doesn’t match with the product at all. The app doesn’t show order history and took a long time for delivery and refund.
Good but..
It’s a good place to get ideas for clothing or cheaper clothing than real price (sometimes more expensive) but what would be cool is if the search bar actually worked. Type anything and it’ll say they don’t have it. Could even copy & paste an item name and it’ll still say that. I also wish it separated everything by style. Like Emo, goth, alt, y2k in one section and preppy, simple, etc etc. in another while also separating them by what piece (tops, bottoms, you get the idea)

I love this app but..
I love this app although i havent ordered anything yet since im trying to measure myself but everytime i go to look at my favourites they wont load? It just says there was an error when trying to retrieve them, it’s been like this for a few weeks now (like 3 maybe 4 weeks).

Cheap and Bad Customer Service >:/
The quality of the clothing is literally so bad. When I requested a refund, it took longer than 14 days to get a responce from the company. Wasted $30+ dollars on cheap clothes. Do not purchase anything from this company.
App needs work
I love shopping here, but I gave it a three star because of how the app was designed and organized. When you go to Shop Buy Category and select “Dresses • Suits” it directly goes to “Cardigan • Blazers”. This annoys me because I just want to look at dresses and can’t find this section anywhere on the app. Aside from that, there’s no filter on looking up items, since the options Shop by Category or Style are limited it may be hard for other people to look for what they want. It’s hard to check the items one by one if they have your size or colors you wanted or scroll through the items you don’t really want to see, but it’s there because you can’t filter that out.

Low quality for price.
The clothing is so cute on there but you definitely don’t get the same clothes that are shown in the picture. I paid like 40$ for a tshirt and on the photo the quality looks like thick material. Well when it came in the mail it’s just a thin regular Tshirt and the logo on it is just...off. Also it came with a few stitches popped out of it and I ordered an XL Knowing Korean sizes run small. Well it’s not oversized like it says on the title even tho I purposely ordered an XL so it would be oversized....and I wear a XS in US sizes and this XL fits like a small on me🙃
I just don’t see wasting so much money on these low quality clothing when other clothing sites sell wayyy cheaper for the same quality you get from Lianox.

There are problems!!
The app is amazing wow I can’t believe it!!:)but the app some few problems, one of them is every time I go out of the store to change my music and go back on it it restarts.like all the way to the beginning and I can’t find the item I was checking out and my main main main problem is no Wishlist. :( I had so many things in my cart and then the next day everything was gone from my cart?? Please please make a Wishlist where I can like the items and buy some of them !

This is like a AWESOME website!! Me being a Korean who lives in Australia doesn’t have much “chance” of getting Korean clothes. I don’t know if it’s just me or not, but I can’t get to change the currency on the app. Like I would like to pay by Apple Pay, but because the app is in USD, I can’t really buy it. Other than that- I THINK THIS IS AWESOMEE ❤️
