Worst of all ever
Terrible app with lots of bugs, scam emails all over the place and now even ads every 3 minutes. Can’t be worse than this.
Avoid if you value your time (and sanity)
I really wanted to like this app because I’ve used Libero for years, but the mobile experience is a complete disaster. Here is why you should stay away:
• Constant Crashes: The app closes itself randomly, usually right when I’m in the middle of typing an important reply.
• Syncing Nightmares: I get notifications for new emails, but when I open the app, the inbox is empty or hasn't updated in three days. I have to manually refresh ten times just to see a message.
• Ad Overload: I understand free services need ads, but these are intrusive and often lag the entire interface. It feels more like an ad-platform than an email client.
• Battery Drain: My phone runs noticeably hotter when this app is open in the background. It eats through my battery percentage like nothing else.
Bottom line: Save yourself the headache and just set up your Libero account through the default Mail app on your phone or Outlook. This standalone app is simply not ready for professional use.

Unusable and Full of Ads
This app has become unusable. It’s extremely slow in every action: opening, refreshing, sending, and even receiving emails. It feels more like an ad machine than a mail service — constant banners, pop-ups, and no smooth performance at all. Emails often fail to send or arrive late. It gets worse every year. Not worth using in this state.

Terrible app
App is becoming worse and worse! Email not loading, not receiving notifications, unable to open attachments. This is ridiculous, years ago the app was perfect, bring back the old app!! Very poor service, and unfortunately I’m still paying the subscription for the PEC email (certified email).

Terrible app
This app keeps failing. The account keeps getting blocked daily and I need to reinsert the password. After that, sometimes it works, sometimes the password needs to be reinserted several times. Often no access is granted for hours. Not good if you need to access emails urgently. I am thunking of transferring to another provider.

Terrible app: the number of emails received is not showing up correctly, I cannot open attachments, when I send an email this doesn’t show in my sent emails folder, but it shows in the draft folders even after having sent it, I need to cancel deleted emails multiple times. I am forced to change provider.

L’app non funziona assolutamente più su ios 18.0.1, vogliate verificare
Horrible app
Worst email app ever. Every time, I need to cancel multiple times emails before they are actually cancelled. Now it’s showing 5 unread emails though there are none and there is no way to get rid of it. Block sender and spam filter in the app don’t really work. Often interrupted by ads.

È aver creato l’account con Libero quando ero piccolo. Hanno venduto la mia e-mail a centinaia di aziende e siti fraudolenti, ricevo spam in continuazione e ora l’app non carica nemmeno più i messaggi.
Se potessi tornare indietro nel tempo, creerei la mia prima e-mail con GMail e salverei quel bambino da una montagna di e-spazzatura😖

Non invia le e-mail. Nella lettura le e-mail sono tagliate. Veramente una app problematica

sono ormai mesi che chiedo all’assistenza una spiegazione e soluzione e quando rispondono (perché a volte manco quello fanno) ti dicono di rinstallare l’applicazione.
