Doesn’t work
It literally does not let me place orders. Everytime I try, I just get an error message. I updated the app and it still does it

Works Great
On a little trip to NYC saw this bagel shop and decided to order online. Previous reviews were a concern, but the bugs have been worked out. I did a special order egg sandwich the way I like it. The app made it easy to do. Sandwich came out the way I wanted it. Don’t let the old versions scare you away. Great food great app.

Big improvement
Version 4 is much better and easier to navigate. Love this bagel spot and not having to use DoorDash is a plus.
App sucks
Kept getting error when trying to order ahead & submit payment. Ended up going somewhere else to eat.

Regression bug
The new version is broken; orders can't even be placed. It feels like this was pushed out without any human testing or QA. Is anyone actually overseeing the development, or is this being left entirely to AI?

This app adds little value functionally. Only does a better job indicating when locations are not taking online orders

RIPOFF-charges 10% more than their website
This is way too much, for no added value
Doesn't update
When I try to open it, it says it requires an update and it takes me to the App Store and I see all it says is open and when I go back to the app it says needs an update.

Good lord is this app a mess. Can’t scroll through the options in the drop down so if I want to order ahead through the app, I’m stuck with only the top 6-8 options.
Crashing
App constantly crashes when you try to place an order. Once you add everything to your cart and are ready to pay the page closes out. The most annoying thing and super inconvenient.
