This app is absolute garbage! You can't view or do anything in it. It constantly asks for your login and password. You can't even draft and submit an appeal. Delete it from your device and forget it ever existed.

This is the most disgusting medical app I’ve ever seen. Absolutely nothing works. If you make a mistake when logging or forget your user name, you’ll be banned. You’ll have to call customer support, but they won’t help you either. It simply doesn’t work and it’s ridiculous.

I successfully created a Liberty Dental account on a browser on my PC but couldn't print an ID card using their website (Heaven forbid I use a PC, the only thing I have that is connected to a printer) so I downloaded this app. At the login screen it says "you have to bend over and go through the account creation obstacle course again" (and that's what it said verbatim LOL). When I finally successfully verified the via email after three failed attempts it asked me for a new user name and password. I entered the same info that works flawlessly on the browser and it popped up an error that my username/password don't meet their criteria.
Then I say to myself "hey - no big deal! I'll scroll to the bottom of the page and click the HELP button, which turned out to not exist.
I give up.

It never let me create an account every time I pressed it I kept going back to the same page. I had to call them and even the representative told me not to use that app because it's not working. Like really!??

I uninstalled the app and tried it on internet web site and i was not able to log in credentials aren’t recognized. Username not recognized. Wrong password. Signed up again now its asking for a code and office number ?????

Absolute trash
It’s never a dull moment with this app, they update it, now you can’t view what you used,what’s within date to use, nothing. They make things so difficult for absolutely no reason at all.

Completely STINKS !!!! Tried to register,, put ID # in and my name wasn’t even there !!! Plus,,, I called them this morning and got sent to a few different peeps only to be cut off !!!! Dentist they gave me doesn’t take the insurance anymore !!!! 🤬🤬

This app has a mind of it’s own, correct information is input but some other names shows up and then an error message. Can you please update this app. Thanks.

I have registered 5 times thinking I was doing something wrong. Every time I try to log in it says id not recognized or that my session timed out and I need a new code?. Please fix this app or the site.
Doesn’t even work
Sends you to another site to sign to register but will not complete registration. Completely useless.
User Interface-Impossible!
Totally unable to allow secure passwords. My default is 20 characters, as I use a secure password safe. It repeatedly refused to accept a password meeting the criteria that popped up. Pull it off the AppStore until an adult can fix it!
