They KYC every transaction no matter how little. This literally defeats the only purpose of using an ATM instead of an exchange.
ATM only takes debit, scammed me out of 25 dollars
The atm was advertised cash only, so I paid the fee, then the atm says cash only. Now I’m out the minimum amount, 20 dollars.
Account suspended
After several transactions of cashing out my bitcoin my account was suddenly suspended. I emailed support and they could not provide any information. I was only able to use this app 5-6 times before being suspended for no reason and no explanation. Not sure what the point of having the sell functionality is if you are limited to how many times you can use it. Don’t waste your time downloading this app.

KYC Trap
In their support docs LibertyX says you only need a verified phone number to buy up to $1,400 per week. I got through phone number verification and then they won’t let you do anything until you upload a photo of your diver’s license. Disappointing waste of my time. Tell me you’re going to require it up front.

LibertyX was great, now unusable
LibertyX was my go to way to buy bitcoin, now to purchase you have to submit drivers license and give more information, and my account is stuck on pending and can no longer make any more transactions. Everything was so simpler before , overregulation ruined this app, what’s the point of submitting information for review if it never gets reviews?

Didn’t receive bitcoin after purchased was approved
I went to Walgreens to get bitcoin with my PayPal card, the bitcoin purchase was approved and my account was placed on hold I didn’t get my bitcoin on my wallet or refund to my PayPal, i contacted support via email and their social handle i haven’t gotten a response till now I think they are trying to steal from me

Scam!
As seen by other reviews and as what happened to me scammers constantly use this app to try and con money out of people. IF you are reading this and anyone at all is on the phone telling you to use this app please immdeietly hang up because they are trying to scam you no legitament company would tell you to download another app that’s espically not related to their own. Beware of scams!

I had lost my Discord account in a scam, and the scammer directed me to this app. I cannot remove the account, nor can I remove my ID. So far no fraduent transactions have occurred, but the sense that this is the app of choice for scammers stands.
If you are directed to this app when you're trying to get access back to a lost account, that's a sure sign you're being conned.

Just recently joined libertyx never was even able to attempt to use this app and my account was put on hold a day later an email about it being suspended when IVE NEVER USED IT NOT ONCE.
Probably or almost got scammed
I called Apple tech-support because of a lost item. after a long talk with the man on the phone, he directed me to this app so I could get a discount on another pair of the item. On the website I made the account, but then felt weird it out when it needed my ID. I told the man I don’t have my ID then he hung up. He then proceeds to text and call me. I don’t know what the scammer ended up receiving from my account. Hopefully nothing, don’t fall for the trap.

WARNING!!! I had applied for a customer service rep job on indeed online BE CAREFUL when u are ask to download this app I almost did it until it seems Suspicious look up and call the Real Company they told me it was a Scam!!! Shame on these Crooks…

Beware of someone who ask you to download this app
I was scammed by someone who claimed to be with Apple. They were helping me get my phone unlocked and said I needed to get this app because someone was trying to purchase $2000 worth of bitcoin in my name. We needed to trace the transaction and it would not come out of my account. Some how the 1st transaction did not come out of my account so I believed them. Well I fell for it and they got away with over 2 grand using this app and one of their atm machines.
