Worst app I ever experienced tried to login with forgot password, once you request for OTP it supposed to receive instantly and app itself says its validity is for 15 minutes but the OTP receives next day in your mail. Ha ha

Wrost login experience
This has been an extremely frustrating experience. I’ve been trying for several days to pay my LIC policy online, and every single time I attempt to log in, I’m greeted with the same generic error message: “Apologies, we are experiencing a technical issue. Please try one of the alternate login methods.”
None of the suggested alternatives actually work, which makes the message feel meaningless and unhelpful. For a service that deals with something as important as insurance payments, this level of unreliability is unacceptable.
There is no proper explanation, no clear resolution timeline, and no effective support provided. Customers should not have to struggle repeatedly just to complete a basic transaction. This issue needs urgent attention, and the system must be fixed to ensure a smooth and dependable user experience.

One of the most stupid application. Takes hours to login and keeps spinning like a never ending serial.
Even their support link gives a cloudflare block what a stupid application
Also their app has a password policy that expires and asks to reset. Once you try to reset it will send an otp to registered email. The problem is the OTP either never comes or it comes a day later. What a waste of application

Worst app experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to log in for the last 2 months and every single time it shows “technical problem, try after some time.” Nothing gets fixed. What’s the point of an insurance app if customers can’t even access their account? Very disappointing.
Not able to reset password
The app is ok as it allows me to view my policies and make premium payments but I am not able to reset my password and keep getting error
Many Critical Features Missing
The app/website doesn’t alert you in a timely manner, of a bill when it is due. So they charge the customer a late payment penalty. Next, their UPI doesn’t work for NRI and Net Banking payment option results in time out error and they make you wait 30 minutes after each attempt even when it is their technical fault. The app times out while you’re actively working in it. It is very slow; every click makes us wait several seconds.

During password reset if there is an error we need to request OTP again and again, but in email it says OTP valid for 15 mins. While trying to pay premium with out login it says check internet connection. Worst experience

Such a low grade application. Email OTP received after more than 10 minutes and cannot change my password. Used same old PWD from last time and cannot login. Don’t know, how LIC is surviving with this kind of support
No return button to home
Clicked on apply lic card. Got an error . But still in the same page and no option to go back to home page. Close the app and reopen to go to home. The great design and testing team. Silly guys. Come on where are you still
