Puzzle rating????

Why when I get a puzzle wrong I loose 31 elo and if I get a puzzle correct I get +7 or + 14!
So I have to get 66% of my puzzle correct just to keep the same elo ?????

Glitchy, logs me out after each game, password reset doesn’t work, login by email doesn’t work. Deleting and finding a different app.
