Professional Operators

They were here in a very short time and the care is wonderful. It is wonderful to have Life Alert and know someone will be here to take care of you.

Easy to use.

I fell and hit my head on the dresser and got a bump. Couldn’t get up but Life Alert has always been there when I needed them. They took me to the hospital.

Helpful in Emergencies.

This app is super helpful for emergencies, subscribed this app for my Grandmother and she is very happy with the services.

NOT FOR UK

Why is it on UK App Store???

Good Company/BAD Salespeople

I recently called Life Alert after watching their commercial, to obtain more information about their company and pricing tiers. Had a good conversation with the first salesperson. She explained everything EXCEPT the fact that you'll be locked into a three year contract. That's a major fact they conveniently forgot to inform me. I told them I would have to think about it because I did not want to lock myself into a 3 year contract at $49.95 for the basic service.
. Received phone call just now from a different salesperson about why I didn't sign up. Told him my reason that I could not afford their basic services and especially not for three years. This man tried VERY hard to talk me into it. I flat out told him to please stop trying to talk me into it because I won't change my mind. The guy went right back to trying to pressure me. I had to tell him "NO" 4 times, I would not change my mind. When he ignored my 4th request, I got so aggravated I told him I was hanging up and I did not want this company to contact/call me again.
. What a shame. I respected the company enough to give it a few stars,(were it not for the fact that I respected the company, I would have only have one star) but now am so angry I won't consider this company in the future and will advise anyone thinking of signing up what I went Thu.

Lacks AppleWatch support & should be WAY EASIER to sign up

This is a good idea that is stuck in the Analog World.

- No Apple Watch support
- No easy sign up plans

Move to the 21st Century, LifeAlert, please.

Save your money!!!

Life Alert costs $50/month with 3-year contract. They are rude, their equipment is primitive. I fell and called 911 to have professional assistance rather than have my blood pressure raised. Go to Walmart and try their units. I wish I had never signed. Can't wait for contract to end.

Do not fall for this-you will never get up

Bad company to do business with
Associates are not aware of the product they are selling
Test calls-imitating an emergency-took an average of 2 minutes 15 seconds to reach a human
Rude bully like behavior
Even called me a 'piece of work'
Terrible

Help me

First alert is better. Atleast the manager won't cuss you out in Hebrew there
