App does not work
Have spent countless hours trying to get this app to work. It opens, but does not recognize my username and will also not allow me to create an account. The screw just does nothing. Useless!!!
Horrible app
As many others have written on the internet this is a bad app. It doesn’t allow you to enter your info to create an account. I have never seen this on any app but this app and calling into support doesn’t help. Many people have posted this same problem and nothing is done about it!! How can a user unfreeze the page so they can create an account????

App Does Not Work
App simply freezes when trying to create a new account. It serves no purpose if it can’t be used. Please step up your game!
Frustrating app
I have reviewed the tutorials in the app but I am unable to do any of the things shown. All of these functions (add responder, edit responder) are greyed out. I should be able to do these things directly. I expected more from Lifeline.
Worthless
This app is JUNK! Caregivers mysteriously change, can’t change caregiver order, emergency notification button is unavailable. Customer service said this app is being developed - like what????? Should have done research on the app before buying the system. No confidence. It deserves ZERO stars
