App Doesn’t work
I just recently received the Lively Fall Detector, and tried to log on to the app - when entering my phone number, I get the same message everytime - Unable to connect. Please try later again later (Code 2). I’ve called Customer Service and the number on my account is a number I have not used for more than five years. Very frustrating.

Really like Lively app on my IPhone
I like this very much and when I have hit the option by accident the operators are very kind!
Incredibly frustrating
App refuses to recognize either Mom’s valid phone number or email despite overcharging her by hundreds of dollars. Calls to customer service result in no help with the app though they are able to access her account using the same valid phone number and email. Intending to cancel service once I have time to call again.

Great device had to use it twice. Only thing is the slot to get the batttery out is very thin and not deep. Need to do something about this.
