Password resets broken
Reloads forever and does not reset password. Doesn’t matter what device I use, web, iPhone, etc

In having an iPhone and using the App Store for the past 15 years I’ve never taken the time to leave a review. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had any app or anything appointment related. Paid to have a zoom call with a doctor for something extremely important, waited for the date to come so I could get my blood work done, the time came and customer service said that the doctor did not exist on the app, spoke to the chat through the app, email, over the phone and zero people could help me with the appointment. Zero out of five stars terrible experience would never ever use this company ever

Service ok, app useless
Same credentials that work at the website, fail in this app. I have one account only, and no problem using it via web browser. Longstanding problem.
Garbage
Everything about this screams scam to me. I cancelled my card and everything because of this dumb app. Nothing about it is user friendly. Yet to speak to a doctor or actual set an appointment. Poorly executed unless it’s to scam ppl into putting in their card information.
Overpriced drug vendor.
If you ask, they will send your prescription to your pharmacy. Then they refuse to help you anymore. Because they charge WAY WAY WAY more for their drugs than anyplace else. Steer clear.
