So many “error” messages.
Won’t let me log in, keeps saying there is an error. If by some miracle I can get it, trying to switch doctors or even make an appt causes another error. Like this is a mental health app…. So it’s great when I’m having a mental break down and I can’t get ahold of my doctor because the app won’t work.

Login busted
There always seems to be something wrong with the login. At least as often as I have appointments, I have problems logging in. Pretty awful.
App doesn’t work
The app itself doesn’t work and also this is just another money grabbing company.
A glitching mess
Many parts of this app do not load properly.
Update after Cerebral responses: I already have reached out and gotten the resolution I needed. This does not change the fact that many functions on this app do not work.
The desktop version is unfortunately the most convenient way to interact with Cerebral. Not the app
