So many “error” messages.
Won’t let me log in, keeps saying there is an error. If by some miracle I can get it, trying to switch doctors or even make an appt causes another error. Like this is a mental health app…. So it’s great when I’m having a mental break down and I can’t get ahold of my doctor because the app won’t work.

There always seems to be something wrong with the login. At least as often as I have appointments, I have problems logging in. Pretty awful.

App has been broken for months cannot access my account they keep rescheduling random appointments without my knowledge and customer support is nonexistent.

I canceled my subscription In October and I was charged 3 extra times a total of 540$
I’ve had no help from the customer support and my bank said it would take up to 90 days. I have been scrapping up COINS to feed myself wondering where my money went for the past few months. Also they arnt much help, just prescribe you medicine and that’s it

App Review
As a user, the service is great. However I have struggled profusely with this app. The buttons don’t work and it’s near impossible to start a chat, get a refill, etc. I’m not sure if it’s a bug issue or otherwise but when a prescription is out I should be able to get my medication without having to call a number because their app doesn’t work.

Cerebral helps with everything
I have been a member of Cerebral since 2026. They help Me and guide Me through life. Ready with open arms to reactivate the subscription. They offer a journal feature now that I really enjoy for mental heath checks, self permitted.
Broken
App is completely non functional. It almost seems completely vibe-coded by someone who isn’t technical. Honestly don’t understand how a company can put this out.

For some reason you can only schedule a free call (to help with their ridiculous website) if you live in five states.

This sight has been great and manageable for someone like me. I usually forget to do things for myself that I should do, this sight makes it easy for me to make appointments and get refills on my medication which is always a pain.
Misleading and deceptive!!
One star is not low enough to state how bad of an app and how much they mislead clients. To think this is a mental health app but they definitely mislead those who are needing help. DO NOT USE THIS APP FOR YOUR OWN MENTAL SAKE DONT DO IT
App is a bit clunky
I have had a great experience using cerebral as a service, and their website/app has come a long way. However, it still feels clunky and slow no matter what device or network i’m on.
That’s really the only issue i’ve had with their service. Like any telehealth therapy service sometimes you need to find a new therapist/psychiatrist but that has been a rare occurrence for me.

Look elsewhere for prescriptions
I signed up for a medication only plan. Added my insurance and got charged $224 for ONE visit. I had a mandatory follow up 2 weeks later, then charged another $97! Thought it was ridiculous since the plans without insurance are $180 for 3 MONTHS. I was well over that already for one month, and I wasted my HSA money on this app. On the bright side, my prescriber was very professional and helpful, but I don’t agree with the costs. I switched to GoodRX gold and have saved so much money there.

If you have ADHD, do not even bother.
They cannot provide full service and you are just gonna be wasting your time and money. They are only people that can help you with depression and anxiety. They can’t help you with anything else.
