Misleading App

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding about the purpose of this app. The Medical Alert Connect app is meant to be used by Connect America's Medical Alert device customers for the purpose of monitoring their medical safety devices and administering account settings.
Terrible waste of time
Disappointing right out of the gate!
I have no clue as to why it won’t allow me to create an account.
Also, it doesn’t say anywhere if I need to connect it to another device or if my iPhone will be sufficient for detecting any problems and notifying my emergency contacts.
So what do I do now? I only looked it up as a park after seeing someone on Facebook asking about medical alert device advice.
I guess this will go into the dustbin of dead apps not to worry about. Le Sigh.

Thanks very much for your feedback. I am sorry you experienced issues with the app. Do you already have an account and a device with Medical Alert? If you do and the app is still not working for you, please escalate your complaint by sending an email to Support@medicalalert.com so we can address the problem. If you do not already have an account and device with Medical Alert (https://www.medicalalert.com/) this would be why the app was not working for you.
Not reliable
But the app never opens…whether on WiFi or using data
