What's New in Life Emotions

Synonyms, antonyms and related words are now displayed when a user searches for a word in the Glossary, Exercises and My Thoughts features. When using the exercises, the instructions now remain static as user goes from view to view. This makes it more user friendly to continue to the next step of the exercise. Previously if a user wrote enough text that it reached the keyboard while in My Thoughts, the text would continue behind the keyboard out of sight. Now the text scrolls automatically so the user can see what they are writing. Updated the Support & Marketing URLs.

This app has so many useful tools! I love it so much!

The cue cards have given me/taught me a higher vocabulary so that I can express/am able to identify my feelings more accurately. What happens so often is that if I am not able to express/or identify my feelings verbally or accurately identify about how I am feeling accurately then they are expressed in a self destructive manner or I hold them in in an unhealthy manner! Not a good idea for anyone!

This is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their communication skills. So many people - yours truly included - struggle with even being able to identify their feelings in the moment. Such a nice reference to always have in your pocket - tell your friends!
