This app has so many useful tools! I love it so much!
The cue cards have given me/taught me a higher vocabulary so that I can express/am able to identify my feelings more accurately. What happens so often is that if I am not able to express/or identify my feelings verbally or accurately identify about how I am feeling accurately then they are expressed in a self destructive manner or I hold them in in an unhealthy manner! Not a good idea for anyone!

Thoughtfully designed and easy to use!
This is a great tool for anyone looking to improve their communication skills. So many people - yours truly included - struggle with even being able to identify their feelings in the moment. Such a nice reference to always have in your pocket - tell your friends!

A clever tool for education that has so many different uses. Love the shuffle feature and the design each emotion is associated with!

I love the idea of getting to know emotions like vocabulary! I wish everyone would use this and get familiar with their own feelings!!!
