You are kept waiting because the app tells you there are checking nearby pharmacies , after 4 hours when you see no one showed up at your door you call them , they tell you they apologize that your order is out of stock 🤦🏻

I’m very disappointed with the service. Delivery is never as claimed and this time I had to cancel order. I would give minus in stars if that was possible

Full of bugs, images not loading properly
Basic functionally is not working properly. OTP to receive takes ages, images of medicine does not load, servers are slow on international connections

The app has many functionalities and is easy to use. The availability of the application and the backend is excellent, and it is rarely down.
I would only recommend adding an option for delivery on future dates, such as after a day, two days, or even a week. Some other pharmacies have this feature, and I find it very helpful and useful.

Worst experience
Ordered one product and they delayed product so I requested to cancel the order and refund but still I’m fighting for cancellation and refund as the app showing delivered but I didn’t get anything. Their customer care only knows to appologize. Waste of time and energy and not getting things on urgent basis. And their app is useless. Avoid purchasing through apps as it’s not useful

Good in-store service but horrible delivery
Very disappointing delivery service! Your delivery service needs a big enhancement.. I paid extra fees for guaranteed 30 mins delivery and now it’s almost two hours and I haven’t received it yet

there was good service, but I don’t know what happened, in my recent order there is very bad and unprofessional service
Horrible experience
They wasted my time by advertising products they do not even have in stock. So, instead of delivering my order, they sent a delay notification, followed by another message stating it was completely unavailable. After failing to fulfill the order, they trapped my money in their internal "App Wallet" instead of refunding the amount to my bank account. Then I received a misleading automated SMS claiming I could easily request the refund myself via the app. When I tried, the app blocked me with a notification that this can only be done by contacting customer support. I was then forced to wait in line in their live chat customer support, only to be told it would take 5 working days to process. I will be filing an official complaint against this company with the government and consumer protection. Avoid this app at all costs!
