Leaking
Not very impressed
First I had to wait 2 weeks for this bottle and now this bottle leaks all the time and it’s a brand new bottle and I paid $300 for this definitely not worth $300 if it’s gonna leak like this!! I think this company should either give me a new bottle for free that works or give me my money back!!

Don’t buy
The water bottle itself was nice but smelled horrible when it came in the mail and even after I cleaned it out multiple times it still stunk and to make it even worse the flavoring vessels tasted horrible in the water, and I emailed them a week ago about a return and they haven’t even responded. DON’T BUY!

Has potential
I really enjoy the bottle but seems like they cut and pasted this together from the old company. Pods aren’t all recognized so then you have to use the button on the bottle. Had a few issues with pods and a leaky bottle. Customer service has been good but a better supported app would be a plus since it’s used as a selling point.

Beware of poor customer support
Tried messaging them over and over concerning an issue with app. No response
Super disappointed
I was pumped when I found out LifeFuels was coming back with new flavors, so I ordered a new bottle. First I had trouble with the sweet tea pods. They wouldn’t dispense or show up in the app. I contacted customer service, and they told me that the sweet tea pods were having issues and that they were replacing the stickers on them and would send me new ones as soon as they were fixed. I got another email saying they were fixed and they’d be shipping new ones to me, but they never came. Then two of the bays on my bottle stopped working. They wouldn’t light up, dispense, or register any pods at all in the app. I contacted CS again, and they sent a return label so they could either repair my bottle or send me a new one. That was about two months ago and I haven’t heard a thing. I’ve contacted them to ask for an update and heard nothing. At this point, I’m just pouring the pods into my water so they don’t go to waste.

Great App!
The App is my favorite part of the whole system. I like checking my hydration progress throughout the day and it turns drinking water into a game.
Amazing Product in today’s Market
What an amazing product! This have completely revolutionize my drinking habits. I’ve struggled for so long to cut out soda & juice. I seen this advertised on my Facebook and said to myself, “this is what I need”. I ended up buying it as a birthday gift for myself and since day one I’ve drank nothing but water from this product! The flavors are amazing, the bottle is very well built and everything works seamlessly. If I could give a small critique it would be to make the app less prone to freezing/crashing. It happens from time to time but it doesn’t take away from how amazing this product is. I love it!!!!!

Haven’t even had this for 5 minutes
Haven’t even had my bottle for 5 minutes and I’m already angry about this app. When attempting to create a login it continually says “Email cannot be blank” despite there quite obviously being an email present. Ridiculous.
App seems buggy- can’t exit pairing mode
I just received my bottle and was excited to try it. The first shot I did apparently released 5 shots, so that was upsetting. After successfully pairing my bottle to the app, the app suddenly crashed, and when I restarted it, it made me pair again, but when I get to the select the bottle part it says my bottle is already paired with another device. I closed the app, I deleted and reinstalled it, I turned of Bluetooth, but no matter what I do , the app opens back up on the same screen, not allowing me to exit this mode,.. not too pleased right mow

Love and hate
I as well am having issues my bottle won’t track properly and won’t even dispense correctly I live the idea of this bottle but now they sent me a new base and it doesn’t even know when it’s full
Paring
I got logged out so I logged back in and everything to my account and I tried to pair my bottle and it said it was paired to a different device and i followed the instructions and it didn’t work so now I can’t use the app.
Terrible connection
I love LifeFuels. I love the concept, the flavors, the technology, but I’m getting really annoyed with fighting with it all the time. The app either freezes or crashes constantly. It unpairs my bottle all the time, then I have to restart it. It doesn’t always read the levels I’ve drank. The app logs me off all the time and when I try to make beverages it closes the app. This is getting increasingly worse as days go on. Very upset and disappointed.

I love the bottle but the app just doesn’t work I’ve tried to pair it many times but it will get to the end of the line then bring me all the way back to the beginning just going to use the bottle to insert the flavors

I was super interested when I first saw this bottle. I just got it today and I love it and the app is super good.

Do we need a smart water bottle? Many people asked that question when the iPhone came out in 2007, “do we really need our phones to be smart?” We all know how that turned out. I love the functionality and portability of my LifeFuels bottle, the pods are delicious and nutritious and have helped me to maintain hydration and lost weight, and I absolutely love the app - it is one of my most used on my phone.

I love mine!!! I enjoy all of the different flavors and pods. I use it all day and take full advantage of the app. I never used to drink enough water throughout each day and the app helps me get to my daily water goal!!! If you are one who struggles to drink enough water daily, I highly recommend LifeFuel!!!!!!

The Lifefuels bottle makes hydration easy and is perfect for my busy lifestyle! I am a collegiate athlete and it keeps me energized and on top of my fluid intake to ensure a healthy mind and body. The flavors are great and don’t taste artificial at all! Highly recommend.
