About

LifespanOS turns the health data your iPhone and Apple Watch already collect into a clear, longevity-focused picture of your healthspan — and helps you act on it. Everything is read and analyzed on your device. WHAT YOU GET • HealthSpan Score — a longevity-weighted snapshot of the metrics most tied to a long, healthy life: cardiorespiratory fitness (VO₂max), heart-rate dynamics, activity, mobility, and vitals, each scored against age/sex norms and published research. • Daily readiness & early warning — a recovery read from resting heart rate and HRV vs your own baseline, flagging the days to push and the days to back off. • Biological age — a wearable-based estimate, plus a clinical PhenoAge clock when you add a blood panel. • Trajectory — goals and "aging velocity": see which systems are aging slower than the calendar. • Blood-work → diet, closed loop — scan a lab report (read on-device), get an evidence-based diet focus tied to YOUR results (e.g., high LDL → more soluble fiber, less saturated fat), then track the meals you log against those targets. See whether your markers moved on your next test. • Nutrition you'll actually use — snap a photo of a meal for an AI calorie & macro estimate (portion measured in 3-D on LiDAR iPhones), log water, track a streak, and watch a 7-day trend. • Ask your data — an AI chat and daily briefing grounded in your own numbers, including your labs and logged meals. • Benchmarks — see where you stand against population norms, longevity-optimal ranges, and Bryan Johnson's Blueprint targets. PRIVACY FIRST Your Apple Health data, manual entries, meals, and lab results stay on your device. We have no account and no database. Optional iCloud sync keeps everything up to date across your own devices (your private iCloud — we can't see it). The only time data goes to a third party is when you use an optional AI feature — and lab-report scanning is done entirely on-device, so those images are never uploaded. FREE + OPTIONAL AI The full dashboard and on-device analysis are free. AI features (chat, daily briefing, meal & diet-plan analysis) are an optional subscription — LifespanOS AI, $1.99/month. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE LifespanOS is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and its estimates are non-clinical. Always consult a qualified health professional about your health. LifespanOS AI is an auto-renewable subscription: $1.99/month, renewing monthly until cancelled. What's New in LifespanOS

1.1

July 24, 2026

Your whole health history, now on your dashboard. • NEW: Full Apple Health import — every metric, workout, and night of sleep from your entire history, read and analyzed 100% on your device. Grant Health access and it happens automatically, or tap Import on the home screen. • Fixed: granting Health access is now a single, simple prompt. If the app previously showed no data, enable access in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health → LifespanOS → Turn On All. • The Live tab now remembers your connection and guides you when access is blocked. • Small fixes and visual polish.
