Worst App Ever
Takes 1-2 business days just to log in. It’s so slow and glitchy. No point in logging in with Face ID because still need a second authentication EVERYTIME which is so annoying when I need to login in and out several times a day to clock in/out. Also once I’m logged in I still need to log out and in again if I want to do another clock in/out. Absolute trash nightmare app I’m forced to use everyday

Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t. Navigating the app with the annoying pop ups you care nothing about is a pain.
Perfect app to check work schedule
This is app is definitely the best app to check your work schedule, salaries and how many hours you worked for.
Garbage
Slow, takes 5 minutes to clock in and out, unresponsive, always have to close app completely and restart for it to work. Big heaping pile of steamy dog $h!t

Bad experience so far. My company has upgraded to this, but not working effectively as the old version of ADP.
App dumb
First of all you have to verify identity every single sign in, it’s annoying. Next, things I’m supposed to be able to do on the app, such as put in for my PTO is NOWHERE to be found! It’s ridiculous!
Adps worst
This is probably the worst thing ADP came up with. Never works when you need it. Changes being made and not being informed. Nothing on the front page any more. Like wth is going on with the engineers? Lay off the StarCrack

This app only gives you a glimpse of hope that it is going to work and then soon after all hope is gone. The developers who sold this one are con artists.

First of all you're forced to verify your identity on your phone every time you use the app. Idiotic.
Secondly the text verification NEVER works and now the email verification doesn't work either. Everytime I try now it says the perfectly valid code is invalid.
ADP has 14 BILLION DOLLARS in revenue but they can't make an app that works. Truly pathetic.

Confirm my identity every time I login?
Works fine but I really have to wait for a text or email to confirm who I am? I registered and confirmed who I am, get it together. This isn’t 1950, technology is here.

Tried setting up face id only for it to ask for verification anyways every time i use it. Whats the point???

This app is legit hot doo doo dog water. Legit just a money grab from adp and unfortunately my company is one of the test dummies for this horrible application. Even spoke to someone from adp and they laughed when we told them we switched to

Step backwards
The “next gen” software from ADP is a huge step backwards. User interface is clumsy and inconsistent. SSO doesn’t work smoothly integrated with mobile biometrics.
Doesn’t work
I am a new hire and was told to clock in and out through Lifion. This app doesn’t work at all. I can not sign in or check my hours worked or even check my schedule. The one thing it does do is show everyone (people I don’t know) what my personal email is! This is a terrible app.
