New to lifting
I’m new to lifting and my biggest struggle has always been consistency and wanting to do the best exercises, but not knowing which ones actually are the best.
With Atlas I just used some of the official routines and looked at some other users’ and I was able to just copy and run that. I like that I can track my workout and reps super easy instead of doing Google Sheets like I was!
