About

LiftLedger is a focused training log for people who want to follow body composition and strength progress without the noise of a full workout-planning platform. Record body weight and circumference measurements, then review long-term changes in clear charts. LiftLedger can estimate body fat from the U.S. Navy circumference formulas for male and female profiles. Every body-fat result is clearly labeled as an estimate and is not a medical measurement. Log squat, bench press, and deadlift work using multiple weights in the same workout. Each entry can include weight, repetitions, sets, optional RPE, and notes. LiftLedger calculates training volume and an estimated 1RM from eligible 1-12 repetition records, then identifies personal records dynamically as your history changes. Use the Training Weight Calculator to view reference 1-12RM weights, percentages of a reference 1RM, and practical plate-loading increments in metric or imperial units. Results are estimates for training reference, not guarantees of performance. Stay oriented over time with: - Body and strength trends - Goal progress for body and strength metrics - Automatically generated milestones - Metric and imperial units - English and Simplified Chinese - Local JSON backup and restore - CSV exports for body and strength records Your profile, measurements, training records, and goals are stored locally on your device. LiftLedger does not require an account and does not include advertising, analytics, or third-party SDKs. Files are shared only when you explicitly export them to a destination you choose. LiftLedger 1.0 is intentionally limited to body measurements plus squat, bench press, and deadlift tracking. It does not provide medical measurements, automated training plans, AI coaching, a general exercise library, HealthKit integration, or cloud sync.
