User reviews

Does not work at all

Tried to upload a plan; after half an hour fiddling with AI, I still only got “Invalid format” as a message. Literally could find no way to add exercises either; no “+” button or similar anywhere.

Response from developer

I'm sorry you're having difficulties! The AI planner can be a bit tricky, but I can assure you there are ways to edit plans manually. Simply go into Manage Plans -> Select your Plan -> Select your Workout -> Add Exercise

Amazing workout tracking app

Works great for tracking lifts, very simple and easy to use. A great open source project!

Well Done

I was frustrated with other apps as they were not intuitive, bloated, or hid vital features behind a paywall. I thought of writing my own app, but found that LiftLog is exactly what I had envisioned: a minimalist app to track my progress.

Unusable

Add a workout and try and change the name and the app freezes. If you want to use the preloaded apps then fine but if you wanna customise then it is unusable.

good app

i’ve been using this app for around a year now and don’t really have any complaints. it’s easy and simple to use, and it’s decent at recording my workouts.

the only issue i have with the app is that you can’t modify the amount of reps you’ve done for each independent set of an exercise.
