Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: Workout Tracker at 4.9 against LiftLog's 4.5. Workout Tracker also leads on review sentiment (98% vs 79%) and ratings volume (152 vs 24). LiftLog's advantage is update cadence (every 4 days vs fortnightly) and iOS requirement (16.4 vs 26.2). On price, ads, in-app purchases and monetization model there is nothing between them.
